Wardley Mapping Canvas

The Wardley Mapping Canvas helps newcomers with their first mapping experiences by offering a structure that makes mapping a step-by-step process. See the guest post on Miro for more information.

Usage

Miro

  1. Open the template library in the Miroverse
  2. Search for "Wardley Mapping"
  3. Select the Wardley Mapping Canvas

Mural

  1. Download the canvas
  2. Upload the image in your Mural board

Excalidraw

  1. Download the .excalidrawlib file
  2. Open the "Library" menu (top right) in Excalidraw
  3. Click the ... button to open the dropdown menu
  4. Select "Open"
  5. In the resulting dialogue, upload the .excalidrawlib file.
  6. Choose canvas components from the Personal Library to add to your workspace

The canvas has much room for improvement. Let's talk!

  1. Open an issue here, describing what you're aiming to improve (we'll have some helpful discussion)
  2. Register an account on Miro
  3. Open the dashboard and create a new board
  4. Select the Wardley Mapping Canvas from the templates
  5. Make desired changes and export the image as a high-quality jpg
  6. Fork the repository and open a pull request
