Feature Request: Hive13 is Open should save a copy of the latest webcam image.

The Hive13 is Open function should grab a copy of the latest webcam image.

Technically the Hive13 is Open functionality is a "RSSFeed" commandThread. So this would mean expanding the functionality of the rss feed aggregator to download images in the RSS feed and simultaneously upload them to another image host (imgur?). Or at least add the image as a potential thing to grab, which could easily be expanded since I have the whole "format" functionality.

This issue should be linked to a twin issue in the "OpenDoor" project.
