tinc Formula issue - devel flavor, 1.1pre17 was removed

Hi Folks,

I use tinc-1.1 from Homebrew but recently it seems the --devel flavor has been removed with the following rather vague commit.

Why was this removed? Can this change be reverted, put this file back to the previous version (f970646 )

devel specs were removed across all formulae several months ago. You can read more about the decision here and in comments that follow: #5060 (comment)

The path forward is likely to involve hosting your own tap for the formulae for which you want devel options.

Ok, that's annoying. The devel served a purpose, and seems to be more usable/secure/stable than the 1.0 revision. Having homebrew manage it was easier than installing from a tarball.

.. but maybe we need a tinc@1.1.rb recipe instead. Hopefully someone steps up and adds it.. In the meantime i'll have to work around.

@xwni We won't add a tinc@1.1.rb if it's not a stable release. Please encourage upstream to release a new stable version.
