This is effectively a translation of the macports libusb-devel port. It would be a commandline switch to libusb, but the patch only applies to an unstable commit of the libusb. This is why I feel it needs its own formula.

Never mind, noticed that there is a link to a brew that does the same thing in the libfreenect project on github. You can install it with: |

the libusb-freenect over writes the libusb in homebrew. Shouldn't there be a way to maintain libusb and (for example) libusb-freenect that doesn't clobber each other? |
