Currently brew cleanup is not friendly to files included in classes that don't match formulae names. For instance, llvm will also download clang-3.3.tar.gz and compiler-rt counterpart. Also, wine will download wine_mono and wine_gecko. These files will be erased if -s is passed to brew cleanup.

Yes, we are aware, @adamv is working on this in #20212.
Also related #17414.
