Today I want to use the boxes command. But after successfull installation of boxes
I get only the error message: "boxes: Bad address"

The boxes command with the parameters -v and -h works.

What is meant to happen when you run it? Does it work when you compile it from source yourself?

No, it doesn't work. But I don't know were the problem is. I read in the FAQ
section on http://boxes.thomasjensen.com this:

• Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) - NEW
• According to boxes user Michel, boxes can be installed by simply typing brew install boxes.
(Information of October 3, 2012)

Here the executing commands:

I have download the source and I have compiled the sources manually. But there
are a lot of warnings. The problem is the same. I have not the knowledge
to solve the problem.

@tellerlecker In that case it's not a Homebrew issue I'm afraid and you should file this upstream.
