The update location no-longer holds the "JPerkster:" folder.

This occurs during a yum check-update:

Timeout on http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home%3A/Jperkster%3A/EA4_Mod_Cloudflare/CentOS-6/repodata/repomd.xml

So is there a new repo? If not, then shouldn’t this git and its instructions be removed?

The only method I've found that works is that one described here. I suggest using that, rather than this apparently abandoned Git product.
