Prettier Plugin

To support formatting in local text editors, we should build a prettier plugin. This could be done instead of HubSpot/hubspot-cms-vscode#15

https://github.com/justrhysism/prettier-plugin-nunjucks might be helpful as a starting point. It looks like it also is possible to use HTML comments to bypass prettier (see prettier/prettier#5754 (comment)).

We don't have a specific timeline for this, but it is something that we are actively looking in to. I'll be sure to update this issue when there is anything to share!
