TypeError: h.url.replace is not a function

I am getting this error TypeError: h.url.replace is not a function after i stop my nodejs server and restart it again. The Notification gets stuck in Your computer lost its Internet connection it doesn't countdown just gets stuck there. The message Your computer is connected is never displayed. Although when i try running the test folder it works perfectly. When i integrated the code test with my project thats when the error started showing up. The state is getting changed to UP but the notification isn't changing
