write a test suite to make sure that the agent and canister access is working correctly

checklist:

feed relay random events
set up testcanister cleaning functionality
use relay response to ensure test passed
combine generating and feeding events in to one go

queries:

set up badgerDB for query testing
generate random queries
feed queries to relay
