A room link is not created when using the short format link of a room

[Affected Versions]:

• Firefox Release 81.0.1
• Chrome 86.0.4240.75

[Affected Platforms]:

• Windows 10x64
• Ubuntu 18.04.2

[Prerequisites]:

• The https://hubs.mozilla.com/ website is open.
• Make sure to have 2 rooms created.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Click the “Share” button from the top-center of the screen.
2. Copy the short link to the room.
3. In the other room paste the URL in the chat field.
4. Create an object from that link.
5. Observe the created link to the room.

[Expected results]:

• A “visit room” button appears when the room link is hovered.

[Actual results]:

• A “open link” and “refresh” button appears when the room link is hovered.

[Notes]:

• The issue is not reproducible with the long format link.

I have exactly the opposite issue - a link that is external to hubs and is not a room is showing up with a visit room link, not a n open link - which is - annoying....
(In this case, I dont think it has anything to do with the length of the URL)
