Add a button that toggles the visibility of the user ID in the UserTeaser component.

User Problem

see User ID epic: #3007

Implementation

  • Add a small ghost button with just an ID icon to the right end of the top line (i.e. next to the user name / user slug), include a title attribute with a description.
  • Toggle the user ID on button click.
