SoD/Classic: Dead-zone in party unit frames #122

I'm having an issue in SoD - my party frames seem to have a small, square dead-zone where clicking and mousing-over doesn't register. This dead-zone is not present in raid-frames. I disabled all other addons, reinstalled HydraUI, started a new profile, deleted saved profiles and variables - the problem still persists. Resizing the UI and resizing the party frames didn't help either.

I'm testing the party frames in this video. You can see the tooltip anchored to the cursor - notice how the tooltip vanishes when the cursor hovers over the dead-zone, giving you an idea as to the size and position of the dead-zone. I can provide more information upon request.

fstack results

Results from a /fstack command. I believe I'm hovering over the asset that's causing the issue.
