[Feature request] Timer option for (player) castbar

Currently, the player's cast bar shows the time since the beginning of the cast (if cast 2 sec: 0s->2s).
I think it would be nice to have an option to show the remaining time of the cast (if cast 2 sec: 2s->0s).

I like this idea, i'll look into adding some formatting settings for the cast bars
