The local version of the tock.js library has undergone significant changes since its induction. While its nature is still very similar, its code has seen some refactoring and expansion – seemingly enough to justify turning it into a separate library of its own. Tracking changes to it as a standalone entity – as opposed to part of the project – would be of benefit, too.

Turn local tock.js version into a separate library. Ideally, also negotiate some form of dependency that requires minimal overhead, in order to keep the project up-to-date.
