For instance, the supplied ocid for us-phoenix-1 is listed as:

us-phoenix-1     = "oci1.image.oc1.phx.aaaaaaaagxjw52zc22yyyqtid5737elillsqt2vxokj5wdnvhvswhyol74qq"

but visiting the link in your comment in variables.tf shows the correct ocid for us-pheonix-1 to be ocid1.image.oc1.phx.aaaaaaaao3t2yjoowutaq2h66d5i4h424i2tyhycad7qeqpryjit4phv2t7q
