Gitops error while running apply-all.sh

I am getting this error when i run the apply-all.sh script in my container:

The error prevents the script from running any further steps.
I am using the ocp reference architecture. The Wazi aaS instance and the OpenShift cluster are both running fine.
Let me know if there's any other logging info you need
