On the page https://developer.ibm.com/javasdk/support/fixes/sdk7r1/#SR4FP55 there is a last entry in the table: APAR: "PH17464", Defect "142416", Component "z/OS Extentions". The description to this problem says: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1PH17464 Error Message: High CPU can be experienced with Java on z/OS and zLinux when using the IBMJCECCA and IBMJSSE2 Providers, and using ECGenParameterSpec with an OID.
So Component should state "Security", because otherwise zLinux is not included in the group of concerned users.
