Create a GitHub webhook that fetches the contents of the files being committed into the payload of webhook

Hi team,
i want to accomplish when a data(some json file) is pushed into github repository then that data should be given to a rest api via post request using webhooks in github
i understand how to trigger webhook when data is pushed but i want that data should be fetched into api via post request

Any help!
