PR summary

This PR includes support for API changes to fix the "Compliance" information on an offering, and a new feature called "TargetAccountContexts".

Current vs new behavior

Correcting the "Compliance" field on an offering, it was broken in the previous sdk version and we've slightly updated it since then.
