Suggest standard metrics for a subject

When a user creates a new chapter/subject it would be great if QT suggests the usual metrics for that subject.

The prompt would be like: "You have selected Software as a Subject for this chapter. Do you want to add the default metrics for this subject?".
It goes without saying that a metric can be tagged with various subjects. For instance, a metric named "violations" can be used for numerous subjects.

It could also be that QT asks, when creating a subject, if you have certain sources available in your project.
