Users should be able to use arbitrary ports

This might close #1 too

It was last updated 3 years ago, so I wouldn't be surprised if the plugin was broken in its entirety.

You're welcome to get stuck in and update it yourself. I knew nothing about C++ going into this, I just forked an existing plugin and went from there, so if I can do it, you can do it :)

I don't know anything about C++ or DLL's either to be honest but if I get any spare time I could look into it.

The submodule for the foobar2000 SDK is dead. Is there another on GitHub that is the same?
