[FEATURE] String search feature for combo box

What?
Add a "string search" feature to the combo_box component, to more easily find an entry in a long list.

This should search through the "text" strings, not the "name"s.

Why?
Use case in FacilitatorApp Mexico: users need to select their state from a list of 32 states.

How?
I'm imagining something like the string search feature in the template list
