List all screen IDs via API

I am playing with the IDR API (thanks for putting this out there by the way!), and I am struggling to find an endpoint that lists all study IDs.

Do you know of a strategy that I could use other than brute force?

Hi @gwaygenomics, there is no direct API endpoint that will return the study IDs. There are two options to retrieve this list:

• https://idr.openmicroscopy.org/api/v0/m/projects/ and https://idr.openmicroscopy.org/api/v0/m/screens/ returns all the project and screens as JSON and the list of studies can be derived from the names of this containers.
• the static studies page is updated on each release and generated from https://github.com/IDR/idr.openmicroscopy.org/blob/master/_data/studies.tsv so parsing this CSV would be an option
