Issue

A number of HL7 2024JAN ballot comments had to do with general editorial updates, including:

HL7 JAN2024 Ballot Comment: OTHER-2763"Capitalize 'Confluence'"
HL7 JAN2024 Ballot Comment: OTHER-2762"Remove redundant 'MBSE'"
HL7 JAN2024 Ballot Comment: OTHER-2761"Use 'and' in regular text"

Proposed Change

Review each of the HL7 ballot comments identified and update the text accordingly.
