Hi,  Here is a screen shot. I think the index.html file needs to be updated. This is something I will be checking for in the future. The value is hard-coded in the template, I created the issue #226.

F2F 07-Oct-2022: Not directly a SeR issue, the generated HTML will be edited manually for the time being, the template will be customized as part of #226.

fixed the html template for long form to use the $title$ in this place that was missing using it with a hard coded text.
