Enabled multi-threaded server via cluster

The cluster module allows an express server to run multi-threaded by default. Since we are no longer storing user sessions in memory, we can share sessions between different threads easily. We should take advantage of machines with multiple cores as soon as possible, to allow bhima to scale with multicore CPUs.
