This commit adds the patient's hospital number to their patient card as requested by our clients. Closes IMA-WorldHealth#1396.

At HEV, our users become very disturbed when the BHIMA number (
PA.HEV.XXXX) does not line up with the hospital number, which they generate. They request that we put the hospital number on the patient card, so that they can best identify the patient. Since our hospital numbers are currently uniquely tied to a patient, I see no problem with this proposal.The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
