jniles pushed a commit to jniles/bhima that referenced this issue Nov 24, 2016
This commit improves the account report by hooking up a loading
indicator to the form, using a ui-select for accounts, and ensuring the
report renders in the enterprise currency.

Partially addresses IMA-WorldHealth#924.
