Dragging an audio asset to an audio track is not noticed as a change to the CPL #34

Minor point, but "Save CPL" is not enabled by this action.

The same happens with the Main Image Track, as you are able to write a package before adding a Track File to this. Another thing to consider is whether you should be allowed to write a package without adding essence assets, because this creates a CPL with a MainImageSequence and a MainAudioSequence with empty ResourceList elements. ST 2067-2 says the Sequence elements "shall contain Resource elements that reference ... Track File(s)".

I'm thinking that "don't allow a CPL to be exported with empty Tracks" would both prevent writing of non-compliant packages and prevent you getting into the situation I initially identified where you can drag an asset to an otherwise unmodified CPL.
