Redesign Pages with Bootstrap

The original site pages were not designed with Bootstrap. However, it is probably a good choice for us to switch over to this design framework now, so that there aren't any headaches later.

I think we will want to use a modified version of Bootstrap called Bootswatch. Specifically, I had hoped that we'd use the Cosmo theme. Switching everything over will probably take a bit of time, since the new design should generally match the original. However, if the navigation bar is smaller than the original site's navigation bar, for example, that's absolutely fine.
