Doesn't work without WhateverGreen.kext #4
Comments
I also experienced this issue. I wanted to disable WhateverGreen to try to fix the cursor stuttering issue, but ran into a kernel panic that seemed to point to MemorySlotNotification. |
Same here... for now i just live with the popup, anyone who care for a fix though? =) |
Userland patching is a broken mess, and after some hours of debugging I still have no clue what the relation between WEG and this kext is. New release however is upcoming that will stop it from KPing. One of the two internal patches instead will be disabled. |
Nice! Thankful you’re working on it. :) Thanks in advance. |
Please build an early debugversion with the fix and post it. I can be an early tester if u want. |
Would also love the repo updated with the new version so we can all test and benefit. |
Please don't pester the dev. We all want the update. Just be patient. |
Not only as title, but also doesn't work with custom WhateverGreen.text either.
Notification disable failed, system crash after click it or check RAM of 'About This Mac '.
My Hackintosh Environment:
MacOS 10.15.3, Clover 5104, SMBIOS MacPro7,1
is there any chance to make the disabler kext don't require WhateverGreen?
Anyway, thanks a lot for your efforts.
