Add ignoring check on external libraries

It will be nice to have an ability adding libraries to avoid checking. For example I have an external lib and I can't change their code - so until I put ignore comment everywhere it will disturb me.
So, what do you think about it?

That's true, and a really good idea.

I'll have to have a think about how it might be possible to achieve that, as at the moment it's simply based on parsing single lines, but that expands the scope to require understanding of the imports in the file too.
