As a scientist, I want an IOC & OPI for a Thurlby TSX-1820P PSU, so that I can control it in my experiments.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. I can add/delete a Thurlby TSX-1820P PSU from my configurations.
  2. There is an icon for the Thurlby TSX-1820P PSU (a generic PSU icon is sufficient).
  3. I can control a Thurlby TSX-1820P PSU via the IBEX GUI.
  4. I can control a Thurlby TSX-1820P PSU via genie_python.

Notes

  1. Check the functionality provided by the existing SECI VI. We should provide equivalent functionality.
  2. Information about Thurlby TSX-1820P PSU.
  3. We already have support for Thurlby EX355P PSUs (see #198). However, EX355Ps and TSX-1820P are not the same.

We've just discovered that the Thurlby TSX-1820P PSU is no longer in use - therefore no longer any need for this ticket.
