SURF: Grant R5 GR150 Water Bath - IOC & OPI

As a scientist, I want IBEX to support the Grant R5 GR150 water bath on my instrument, so that I can use it with IBEX in my experiments.

Acceptance Criteria

1. I can control Grant R5 GR150 water bath via the IBEX GUI
2. I can control Grant R5 GR150 water bath via genie_python
3. IBEX provides the same level of functionality as the existing LabVIEW VI

Notes

1. The Water Baths page contains a look up table, matching WB27 to the Grant R5 GR150 model.
2. There are Grant water bath VIs at: C:\LabVIEW Modules\Drivers\Grant Water Bath and C:\LabVIEW Modules\Instruments\SURF\Waterbath

Andy Church (Soft Matter team) has confirmed that the Grant water baths are no longer used. Therefore, no need to support Grant water baths in IBEX.
