Suggestion for now is to apply a scale factor BEFORE exporting from blender - use "0.0254" scale factor. So we remove an extra step of down-scaling later

The blender model should be our primary source of all 3D printing models - it is the most high fidelity model of the ISS available to the public. Need to actually take the time to split out all the pieces of the ISS so it can be imported into other programs (Fusion) in order to be surfaced and have geometry that can be manipulated more easily.
