  1. open a study on platform osparc.io
  2. close the tab without going back to the dashboard
  3. go again to osparc.io
  4. the lock is present on the study and it cannot be opened
    --> the user must wait 15 minutes to be able to open the study again

The same user should be able to re-open his previously opened study
