Background
The QT framework starts supporting WebAssembly. Could that be used to bring parts of simphony to the web?

Definition of Done
Fullfill the following tasks or answer the questions:

Review the technology
Can it coexist with the currently used framework to ease transition
How big is the effort for porting
- views
- data-binding
- business logic
How mature is the WebAssembly support and how can we use it for
- openGL and its variants
- bringing "logic" or small servcies to the frontend
