It would be nice to print the flux of a QN ITensor (and possibly check all of the fluxes of every block are the same).

Also it would be good to have functions checkflux(::ITensor, ::QN) and checkflux(::ITensor) to check all of the blocks have the same flux (and possibly equal to a certain QN).
