Updating references of travis-ci.org to travis-ci.com

Description

On June 30, travis-ci.org will shut off. The new url will be travis-ci.com. I've done the migration to the new url already. This pr updates any references to travis-ci.org to travis-ci.com

@cfrazier91 @denver1117 it looks like the spark 2.4 build has been failing for a while. i attempted to fix it here but couldn't make any progress.

Looks good. Tests should pass when this PR is merged. We have to occasionally bump the spark version for the test suite since the minor version number changes from time to time and the remove the legacy minor version from the distribution repository. I just go here to find it.
