Any way to move the Site Tools in the sidebar to below the sidebar used for site navigation?

For the love of god, please. Please move the site tools below the Sidebar links. The Sidebar is for navigation, so it is mixing concepts to include these site tools over there. But I love the template overall, so I can live with this conceptual blending, but the SiteTools really ought to be below the navigational links of the sidebar.... perhaps also consider giving the site tools less line spacing and some tightening, so they don't blend with the sidebar links. Thanks so much.

Just another note.... when comparing the Argon template to the original default template.... I actually might switch back to default, just because the SiteTools are in the top of the Sidebar. It just throws the whole template off. I figured you would want to know this minor design choice is a dealbreaker for some of your users.

I moved it by changing the code in the /lib/tpl/argon main.php file around line 180 or so. I don't know what ramifications this will have in the future, but for now, I changed the name from Sidebar to Topics and shifted the entire section above the site tools, etc. I wish I could hide those tools for guests to the site.
