Browser downloading tac.bin (Ubuntu/localhost) #4

I have Icinga installed on Kubuntu 13.10 via the standard packages. When I visit localhost/icinga, I authenticate and then my browser attempts to download "tac.bin" several times. What might I have messed up during the installation?
