Help documentation for esoteric identity settings in hints, placeholders

It would sure be nice if the maintenance screens had a little bit of help text describing what the fields do since some of the settings are a little esoteric, or to have a way to add annotation / flyover / placeholder text describing the field.

I am also. I see no way to get past the 403. This is inMemory so it should work out the box.
