How can I host MembershipReboot sample in IIS?

You would need to create a new ASP.NET project, or you can look at the core host as a sample. Some of our samples are self hosted, others are web hosted. They all basically have the same structure -- they need a Startup,cs to load Katana and IdentityServer.
