Custom claims seems to be not supported in access tokens #361

Even though I have specified custom claims for read scope I don't have this claim in the result token.

It looks like server calls DefaultTokenService.CreateAccessTokenAsync which returns predefined list of claims.

I wonder if it is a bug or if it has some reasoning behind.

This feature is implemented already in the dev branch.
