there needs to be a script that checks pets.json for inconsistencies and is run with grunt.

this script needs to:

verify scale and scaleCosts have the same length (meaning no mismatch for upgrading)
output costs for all pets
verify that a pet has requirements
verify a pet has a cost, category, description
