Add the generation date to the help documents #189

To distinguish different versions of the help documents, we should add something there. Two options that come to my mind now:

  • Add the version of the application to the source documents.
  • Append the generation date when we do ''make help''.

Implemented both options. Version number is taken from the Makefile so we only have to bump it in one place.
