Tool Used - ImageOptim for mac (GUI)

What is the issue here?. Can anyone explain in detail what is going on here?.

Thanks, it does screw it up indeed. As a workaround, in Preferences disable pngcrush to prevent this. I'll check what's happening in pngcrush with this image.
