once we have the pr for project config in we can write a migration for this.

The main one is :

    #[pallet::storage]
    #[pallet::getter(fn no_confidence_votes)]
    pub(super) type NoConfidenceVotes<T: Config> =
        StorageMap<_, Identity, ProjectKey, Vote<BalanceOf<T>>, OptionQuery>;

but check the old pr for any missing
