Question/Issue:

I have found several files with closed source licence:
cy_sar2.c cy_tdm.c cy_evtgen.c cy_lin.c cy_keyscan.c cy_flash_v2.c
and ppu_v1.c seems to be an ARM's property.

Context

Whole repository seems to be open-source based on Apache Licence, I thought it might be valuable to clarify on these, would you mind giving a comment on this?
